Scheduling After Purchase

After your purchase, I will email you at the email address provided at checkout to arrange your session and send you a calendar invite. You do not select an appointment time during checkout. Your session date and time will be confirmed by email. Please use an email address you check regularly. If you need a specific date or time, contact jesse@bergybowsmith.com before purchasing.

Your bow. Your tools. My process. Learn how to diagnose, understand, and tune your own compound bow through private, hands-on video instruction with Bergy Bowsmith.

This is not a traditional bow tuning service. Instead of shipping your bow to our shop, you'll work on your own equipment while I walk you through the tuning process, explain what we're seeing, and teach you why each adjustment matters. The goal is to help you become more confident and capable when troubleshooting and tuning your own bow.

Choose Your Session

• 2 hours — $199: Focused guidance on your setup, tuning fundamentals, and specific troubleshooting questions.
• 3 hours — $279: Additional time for deeper setup assessment, guided adjustments, and tuning diagnostics.
• 4 hours — $349: The complete intensive, with more time to work through a repeatable tuning process and understand the reasoning behind each step. Split 2+2-hour sessions are not currently offered.

What's Included

• Private live video instruction while you work hands-on with your own bow
• Pre-session review of your bow, arrow setup, tuning issues, available tools, and goals
• Guided diagnostics and manufacturer-appropriate adjustments when safe and feasible
• Explanation of tuning results, the bow's natural tune, and practical troubleshooting techniques
• Short post-session recap of what we covered and recommended next steps

Before You Book

You'll need your bow, suitable tools, a stable video setup, and a safe workspace. We'll review your equipment and experience before the appointment to establish what can safely be performed remotely. Procedures requiring specialized equipment or professional service may need to be completed by a qualified local bow technician. No particular tune or shooting outcome is guaranteed.

Limited availability: To give each customer dedicated attention while continuing our regular bow tuning services, I accept a limited number of appointments with approximately 4–5 hours of live virtual instruction available per teaching day. All session lengths are scheduled by email after purchase. Scheduling is coordinated in Central time (America/Chicago).

Please note: This is an educational, hands-on virtual service, separate from our in-shop and shipped-in bow tuning services. Your bow is not shipped to Bergy Bowsmith. Parts, equipment, or third-party shop labor are not included.
