  • Bergy Bowsmith LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects or failures.
  • Bergy Bowsmith LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a project is deemed unsafe.
  • Bergy Bowsmith LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit.
  • Please Ensure all Mod Screws, Rest Screws, and Sight Screws, are secure upon receiving your bow back, occasionally screws rattle loose in transit. any damage due to this is not the responsibility of Bergy Bowsmith LLC

Adjustments & Follow-Up

  • It is normal for some bows to require minor adjustments once you receive them back. Don’t worry—this is part of the process, and follow-up support is included with your service. Please use it!
  • Please Ensure all Mod Screws, Rest Screws, and Sight Screws, are secure upon receiving your bow back, occasionally screws rattle loose in transit. any damage due to this is not the responsibility of Bergy Bowsmith LLC

Sales & Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • Because most work involves custom orders, once materials are purchased, they belong to the customer.
  • Under rare circumstances, partial refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Bergy Bowsmith LLC.

Workflow & Timelines

  • All work is performed on a first-in, first-out basis.
  • While I work hard to complete projects on time, occasionally projects may take longer than expected. If this occurs, you will be notified.
  • All items ordered through the store are custom-ordered to fit your needs. Some items may be in stock, and I am continually expanding inventory. However, lead times for certain accessories may vary due to demand. Please reach out if you have concerns about timing.

  • Most Truth Bows currently arrive within 3 weeks. Delays are possible, and lead times may vary.
